Subject: RE: Defaulting excel entry date to /25

Milford, IL
I should have been a little more clear.

For test purposes (this afternoon) I set that particular PC to 12/30/25 and opened a spreadsheet at random. Confirmed suspicion and set PC clock back to current date. Be sure to set the clock back to current (or auto) date after the work is completed.

And on occasion I make assumptions that I should not - any mission critical work should be backed up somewhere, manual or automatic, cloud or hard copy, and messing with PC date and time can certainly screw up the automated part.

Good chance there is a better way than what I typed above.
