Subject: Has a drone been beneficial in bumping yields on your farm

I am interested in purchasing a spray drone for my own farm. I am aware of all the extra licensing that comes with owning a drone. My question is has a drone been something added to your farm that you feel has raised your yields to where you wished you had it long ago? Where I stand now is I hire a drone to do all my corn fungicide but I only hire him to do the minimum because in the back of my head I got the application cost I am a firm believer in fungicide in corn pays so for me it’s standard practice. I spray very little soybean acres other then herbicides or if I know the field has white mold problems very rarely have I seen soybean fungicide pay unless I’m controlling white mold my next question is mainly in soybeans has anyone found anything they felt they applied has helped there soybean yields by spoon feeding the crop I am wanting to find a way to increase my soybean yields like I have done so with corn I have hired a drone to spray perimeters of deer repellent in fields to and have felt that has helped some as well what other uses has spray drones helped on your operation also if I do purchase a drone it’s soley for my farm not for hire
