There are some other options. For P and K, there are Rock products that I assume are similar to what conventional farmers use, but they are not treated with acid to get it to break down in the soil faster.
There is also products like Chilean Nitrate, which is mined in Chile and fish emulsion which comes from the fish industry, which some could argue contains heavy metals or even radioactive material.
