Some how an organic farm has to import minerals like phosphorous. potash, sulphur etc. because even kg of meat or grain or other produce that is sold off the farm has to be replaced or you reduce the fertility of the ground.
Buying manure from conventional farms seems to be the magic method to replace those at this time then the conventional farm can bring in so called inorganic fertilizer to build up fertility of the soil
