Nebraska aka the boondocks | Truly absurd. Land is a closed market, most land that sells and or is rented, is done so out of site of the “market!” Only a closed few know, if even more than one in most cases. If everyone knew a piece was for sale or rent, just watch, and that is why many of these rent bidding processes and or land sales go crazy is because, not all liquidity is ever invited to the party. This guys steps aside, a herd will swarm in. |
