So there isn't a wet spot that drowns out 80% of the time?

There isn't a sand knob that grows <50 bushel corn no matter the year?

There isn't a spot pounded by compaction from loading semis on annual basis that might as well just be a grass 1/4 acre spot?


It doesn't need to just be high rent, just low return.

Maybe every farm isn't true, but it certainly would be on large majority of them.
