nw NC		Scene of the incident ( yellow X). Truck was headed southward ( toward the bottom), went into round-about with too much speed and the partial load she ( woman driver) was hauling, sloshed to the right and over it went.

Edit... I spoke today with a wrecker operator that was at the scene. He said that the tanker was fully loaded, not partial load. Driver was going too fast for the round-about. Some milk was spilled but not a large amount. Tanker was emptied by vacuum tank trucks and milk was taken to an environmental hazardous substance disposal company where it would be mixed with dirt and mulch material, composted and sold as topsoil.
