Minnesota | Our accountants said that we will more than cover the cost of QB online vs. the time that it took them to enter data from other miscellaneous software, spreadsheets, etc.
Check with your accountant -- our CPA office had us use category and account names that they have standardized between all of their farm clients. The basic QBO plans are not very expensive...more users and more functions will add costs.
