Subject: RE: China moves against Taiwan.. Does Trump embargo Brazilian Soybeans..

The manner and mechanism used to remove the dictator is the problem. Trump was using his executive order of declaring a war on fentanyl as the right for him to capture. The problem arising is two fold. The constitutionality of executive order is questionable since Madura was brought in under cocaine charges. No doubt fentanyl charges will be brought up, but they are not related to the March 2020 cocaine charges in federal court.

This makes the capture a kidnapping since there is no congressional approval. Toppling a corrupt dictator is a fine motive, but not going through the proper channels makes it a terrible precedent for other nations to do similar kidnapping of any leader whom they deem worthy. The instability of the worlds precarious peaceful relationships is the ultimate detriment of the manner in which Madura was captured

The solution would be consensus building of our congress to move forward on the action.
