| Most auctioneers only need 1 bidder!!!!! Before the 1st of the year watched auction of junk ground that was bid up to a price of " good land " sells for. This was JUNK land that price only interested parties would have been out of state hunters. They took a recess at the end, then auctioneer came back in and said seller decided not to sell didn't even try to get any bids after the recess.
Pretty sure the auctioneer was bidding with NO bidders looking for a sucker. I am sure the seller had a minimum price and didn't want to let the ground go for less, which is his right, but I don't like how the auctioneer kept going with no bidders just hoping for a sucker.
