I don't think 16.5 is a standard tractor tire width. Usually the sequence has been 13.6, 14.9, 15.5, 16.9, 18.4, 20.8. But there might have been others in 24" diameters. Go get the Goodyear Farm Tire Handbook and once you read it you will know more than you want to know.
