 Chebanse, IL..... | I've used QB for a long-long time. Then had to switch to QB online a couple years ago. More expensive, but worth it. No longer have to worry about HD crashes losing data, or having to reconstruct after a crash. I have had both happen.
Of course, with being online, your QB is accessible anywhere you are. Also, you can link in your accountant, or tax preparer, or whatever you use. If they don't like your organizational method, they can help by suggesting changes in your QB.
I notice from suppliers that QB also offers a direct online payment method if you're a wholesaler/retailer. I wish everyone would go to online pay...NOT meaning credit card, but direct payment of invoices or statements. Sorry, that's a different thread though. |
