I'm over 80yrs old.
As a kid our milk was straight as it came [hand milked] from our house cow.
Might have told this before - but! ----city cousin came to the farm. With her kids.  Came to the cow shed to see me milk the cow - by hand, into a bucket between my legs. Frothy, warm, could not be fresher, milk.
When a kid finally got game to look into the bucket  -----  "OOOOOH --- you don't drink that do you"
When we had kids of our own - our middle one would come home on the school bus, tear into the house, grab a glass, and down two glasses of fresh milk in quick succession.   Nothing wrong with him at 52 yrs of age!
