North Central Indiana | Just my opinion, you better have a foot in the door now or you won’t benefit from the land turnover coming. Not directed at you specifically, but directed at the notion of ownership/control change. We were fortunate here, picked up nearly 1000 acres since August due to either deaths or retirements. Have sights set on a lot more locally that will be doing something in the next 10 years selling or looking for an operator. Surely won’t get it all but making sure we’re positioned to be in the conversation on a lot of it | |
