If you are treating, I assume your calves are sick. You could easily have 1-2 calves off feed or eating sorta. In these conditions, water is a more reliable treatment method or daily drench, drench is my preference, until you know they are eating or drinking solid. You have different math problem to work.

At my farm a cocci outbreak caused me to treat for 5 days then back down to preventative level for another 16 days. The idea was to treat thru one whole cocci reproductive cycle. It worked sorta.

Corid is an expensive fix. For future consideration, get them on decoxx or my favorite bovitec in the feed before they become sick. It works for me because they don't get sick.
