Wisconsin		It's hazardous because of the biological oxygen demand, it will cause a fish spill if it gets into water, just like manure. Probably not an issue if it spills on a flat field during the growing season, but it usually spills in the ditch.

The "blanket warning" about raw milk is journalistic ideocracy.
