Hooker Twp,Ne		And it sat in a quart jar in the frig. Not in a plastic container like now a days. And we’d use it to make home made ice cream. Still remember separating the milk for cream and the skim milk was placed in a wooden 50 gallon barrel with oats,corn, wheat and made slop for hogs. Think dad would dump a little lye in the barrel at times to worm the hogs. Good ole days
