Thinking of touring through Seattle down 101 to San Fran, Cali central valley, Tulare and work back north through SLC. What things to see and avoid? Definitely want to hit air museum south of Portland, maybe Boeing in Seattle, definitely WAE in Tulare. Can we drive California or we need to sign up for a toll road pass? Seattle, Tacoma safe?
