Its 2026, email and docu-sign is the way to go. This all started with covid and caught on real quick. Much rather fill out paper work via docu sign at 8p.m. when I get in at night vs making time to drive up and sit down with the office gals. Not very efficient. There are only a handful of things that warrant an in house meeting at the fsa.

Not if you're old. I don't like change. I still pay with money. I write checks. I still value the mailman. I know its not efficient and I will be forced to change but I don't have to like it. You can keep your docusign.

I understand where your coming from. Used to feel the same way about the emails and docusign. The older ladies that work up there still prefer sit down meetings, younger ladies push the digital signing .
