Title co making it seem justified for the price they charge.
Previous property we bought,  local title company said 45-60 days.( they are always 30+ days)
Title Co in next town said 10 days
Guess which we used.
In the process of buying another property, owner wants to use the local Co, we are at 55 days now - with no date set.
