Nw Iowa | 30 days from signed purchase agreement. If a lot of heirs than can take alittle longer to get all signatures on deed if they are spread out around the country but if they all want it sold, shouldn’t take long. If you hired a realtor he should know what is going on. As said purchase agreement would state closing date. Closing date doesn’t have to be 30 days, would depend upon what was agreed to in PA. | |
