To those of you whom put down your pre chemicals using 28%, or I guess 32% could be used, what rate of 28% do you use and why?

It seems fairly common in my observations that most folks who use 28% as a carrier to put their pre chems down use a carrier rate of 20 gpa of 28%. Is there a specific reason for this amount? Seems as if a bunch of this takes place on conventional tilled ground.

If your using 28% as a carrier for burndown and pre chems, are you still using 20 gpa 28% carrier rate, or are you diluting the 28% with water if using glyphosate in a burndown pass?
