took 6 months As I lost weight had more energy started walking some it curbs your appetite and cravings are gone if you get out of that mindset that you need to eat 3 times a day the pounds really come off you just dont get hungry and when you do eat doesnt take much to be full like I said listen to your body when it wants to eat not your head
