CRP is a horrible program and needs killed tomorrow morning.
Honor the existing contracts, let CRP acres taper to nothing, game over CRP.
This would be my plan if I were in charge (which is highly unlikely to happen). CRP landowners should be able to continue to take comfort in their taxpayer funded waste of resources.
