Your math doesn't math.

If Concrete owner bid $14,000, then market would likely be $13,900 without him. Takes two bidders. Doubt bid goes from $10,000 to $14,000 in one step.


The math works just fine if there wasn't a third bidder beyond 10k. But no way to know for sure.
