Mazon, IL | My wife’s family has been in the process of selling the farm that they grew up at to close that chapter. The farm has been in an LLC for 15 years after the parents passed.
They accepted an offer in early November and financing was approved around December 10th. We still don’t have a final closing date. What is the typical lag from financing approval to closing? I realize there were holidays in December that offices were closed but I’m starting to wonder if there is a problem that we don’t know about. | |
