1,000+ miles east of your area but we just received a letter from Perdue last week prospecting for new houses.
When working for an Ag lender I financed a few poultry houses 20ish years ago and cost then for a 42' x 500' was around $140,000... now I think the standard size they are building is 60' x 600'. I do not even want to take a guess on cost these days.
