| Processing is not cheap.With few lockers around theres not much competition.A guy was going too local here but balked when he found what it would cost.So went about 70 miles an got it done cheaper.I doubt if catlte will get cheaper who noes.Dont have that crystal ball.I like high price cattle like everyone else.But it takes a pretty good chunk off money to buy beef anymore.I hope consumers keep buying beef.So far they have.Just cooked a couple packages off roasts that sure hit the spot.Cant get that kind off meat in any restarurant . | |
