Between multi generational farms and investors there is a lot of buying power. Look at crop prices compared to land prices and interest. Theoretically land should not cost as much as it does.
Biggest problem with land is the property taxes. Government spends more every day and you can’t get out of property taxes, it’s an easy target for government funding. | |
