Way higher then normal land for sale here. Pry been 2500 acres within 12 mile radius in last 60 days. Most all was sold within 2 weeks of being on market. Softer then a yr ago but solid for corn price. Been sone crazy rent change hands too, with corn price no clue how it works, most say same. But always someone willing to stick neck out.
