The Mannheim tractors are durable, but a 239 is no 404, so it's not really in the category of 4020 comps. The answer to your question really depends on the purpose. As a replacement for a 3020 yard tractor? Sure, and with MFWA, probably much better. As a replacement for a 4020 on small tillage or a round baler? Hard pass.
