It maybe just a here thing, but starting to see several farms listings. Last fall seen 2000 acres sell, and now seeing several more acres coming up for sale. Land sales have been pretty strong, but when several acres go on the market, it has to shrink the buyers pool that's chasing these acres. What say you?
