“Here” we didn’t run the prices way up on our long time customers. Even had a couple mention they thought it would be more.
On the other side of that coin, had a long time customer go elsewhere, then come back to me because “it’s cheaper”. And he got told he can pay a higher price, or go elsewhere.
Bottom line, talk to the producer, most of my regular customers understand they might pay a bit higher price during the lows, and a lower price during the highs. Most are appreciative because it makes it easier to budget. | |
