We have been buying beef from neighbors for several years and love it. We have been ordering this time of year each year. We're out of steak and about 2/3 done with roasts. We have plenty of hamburger to last through summer. Do the pro's here think we should wait for summer and a lower price or get it now? We have plenty of freezer room.
Buy 1/2 of beef now or wait until Summer?
