its not junk but also its not rtk. i don't think anything will work all that well in hills. possibly rtk with a cultivator guidance system (such as a orthman or buffalo) would provide the best success. skinny tires would further help.
at the end of the day regardless of rtx or rtk, it is absolutely critical that time be taken to calibrate the system as best as possible.
