Northwest Missouri | I’ve got a few bottle calves and a couple calves I pulled off old cows. Still feeding them just a little bit of milk and have them going pretty good on a good starter and been giving them just a little alfalfa hay daily.
Thinking I’ll get another couple bags of starter but what should I get them on after that? Is straight creep feed good enough for them?
Always struggle with turning bottle calves into good feeder calves. Half the time they turn into pot belly runts. | |
