No quarry within 30 miles of me, and probably 45miles from where that picture was taken. Also you cant improve someone else land . T Rowe suffers the same problem I do, We just don't own every chunk of land we use, in my case very little. You improve it and low and behold some boomer shows up sucking on oxygen and pushing a walker to buy it. My pocket book isn't deep enough to get past 70+ years others have had to gather funds.
