There is an indictment from 2020( March I think) plus a superseding indictment unsealed. Biden also put a price on his head and upped it several times, 50 million. Lots a precedence from prior Presidents, Bushes, Clinton, Obama etc.
Also, unlike Obama we didn’t just kill them, we extracted them alive. Evidently, on the USS Iwo Jima.

I know about the indictment. Doesn't make it constitutionally correct. Some will use the excuse that under article 2 of the constitution he has the right. This is BS. That constitution applies to USA, not foreign countries. Yes there is precedence from the other fruit loops you mentioned. Does not mean that it is correct. We shouldn't be surprised, we haven't had a president for decades that cares about the constitution.
