Subject: RE: California fuel prices

east central ND
Well, the state has a mandate on 100% electric only car sales by 2035? And stiffer and tougher regulations on refining. The state doesn’t want internal combustion. Gurgal says there used to be 40 refineries, now down to 11? Chickens coming home to roost.

Edit: cali has special blend of gasoline. They import a bunch of it. I wonder if the oversea refineries have the same air quality restrictions as the ones located in cali? Oh yea, they like Brazil ethanol better than us ethanol I think.
