Central ND | I kind of chuckle about the fear of salvaged title cars topic. A great deal of CLASSIC COLLECTOR CARS that have been restored have had a large enough amount of dismantling and rebuilding and refinishing that they too could be just a salvaged title car >>>and every one "droooool's" over them with no thoughts about being salvaged vehicles. Its hard telling in those vehicles life how many accidents have been repaired before the salvage title laws came into play as well as how extensive the restoration costs and replaced damaged parts. I can think of one right of the top of my head that was abused enough that the roof was wrinkled on the top from the whole body being sprung a little bit (sprung unibody)from its abuse, and it is a beautiful car to this day and no one will ever be the wiser that it been fixed up.
If you buy a good working vehicle cheap enough and it is only going to be ran until it won't run anymore, salvaged title isnt really that scary because there wont be and you wont need a resale value anyway. | |
