I have one location that has rocks.  Yes we pick but you won't get them all.   Every acre gets rolled with a Degelman roller.   We roll the acres that don't have rocks too.   Rolling pushes down the rocks that are there and sure makes combining a lot easier.  We're 100% no till so at least we aren't constantly pulling up new ones.
