A local concrete contractor was hired 2 years ago to build a big one sponsored by an Italian investor that had some USA government grant money. They didn't get paid and I believe the project never got finished.

There was an investor group that was going to build a dairy facility in the industrial park of Canton Ohio and process all its manure through a digester and then put the waste into the sewer system. I think that was in the early 2000's. Never got built. | |
