I have never heard of sharpen being used in flax. A few years ago down in Hettinger, NDSU did trials with several herbicides which weren’t labeled for flax. I don’t recall sharpen being one of them. I’m guessing if it showed promise it would have been included in the trials.
A decade or so ago we used granular treflan pre and spartan charge right after planting. Bronate/stinger did a good job of taking out any escapes.

We don’t have the capability to work Regan into the ground unfortunately so it would just be Spartan charge and banking on moisture then.
