That is Old GM, not New GM.
Anything Old GM basically runs forever, it was designed to last and ride well.
With how things are designed today and ride like crap, how can one expect it to last? The old ones floated wherever and were overbuilt, the new ones have such stuff suspension and are so cheap I'm not sure they would last if they were built as well as the old ones.
My 2004 Buick keeps going.
