I'll be the odd man out and say it should be worth way over 100. I don't know deere values very well but it shouldn't matter, there are people willing to pay a premium for one owner low houred high optioned equipment in any color. For the guys who want a bargain there is a glut of higher houred with unknown history machines out there to be had.
My sentiments exactly. That combine is worth way more than $75k unless the owner is bald faced lying about it.
If you can buy higher optioned, lower houred, one owner S680 combines in that condition straight from the farm for $75k, I'm in for half a dozen of them. Again, that's assuming all the information is legit with this machine.
It should be worth twice that any day, IMO.
Then again, combines do bring more in our area than they do out West. So there's that.
ETA.
Also, I've never bought a combine on a consignment sale. I guess I have too many (lack of) trust issues with consignment sales when it comes to that kind of equipment. Tillage equipment, okay. Tractors and combines, etc. we like to buy ones with a known (good) history. YMMV.
