perryton, tx | I may be in the minority but I think for schools that don’t make the 12 team playoff a bowl game still means something to the fans. Now granted I’m not going to spend a big sum of money to go watch my team play in the Acme Toilet Plunger Bowl or whatever but I’ll be in front of the TV and feel at least somewhat excited about it and happy to get to watch them one last time. Of course, I’m speaking from the standpoint of someone whose alma mater went a combined 4-20 over the last 2 years. | |
