EC Ks | Old timer chiropractor sent me to local indoor pool 3-4 times a week. 1hr in pool with life jacket and ankle weights. Go deep enough you can't touch bottom and hold side of pool while doing all the twisting/ walking in place/ leg lifts/ and anything else to limber up. Your body can't hurt itself if it has nothing to push against for leverage. The cold will work deep into the back muscles if you give it enough time. | |
