coast of Maine | Teach84,my dad got a tick disease about the same time.The doctors all over knew nothing.Said all in his head a couple times.Turned out badly for his entire life on joint pain.The theory is that the blood from a bear he shot in July,,he smoked ,would have been sucking on that cig while he was gutting that bear.The symptoms were called "bear fever"as an old outfitter knew about 10 % of sports would get it.Dad smoked and that got him at 72.Teach there are a few minor tick born virus/bacti IDK that are being addressed by doctors in CT.Friend who is 50 ish suffered for years,now ok.I will try and find his doc's name. | |
