What do you think new equipment sales have been like last couple years and in 2026? Are the MUD deals still going on? If not, how long till the premium used equipment skyrockets in value? Will new equipment costs come down? We used to be MUD buyers but haven’t been for a number of years now. Just some questions to promote farther discussion.

New equipment costs will not go down, but they will offer bigger discounts to move inventory that is sitting...once the markets corrects though, those will dry up.

Used late model values are holding for some of my brands, but not all brands. LOTS of lease returns sitting everywhere, and from what we can tell, the other Red guys are leasing stuff CHEAP, but not as cheap as the goofy color Green tractors out of Germany, they seem to be very hungry.

We sold some iron late in the year, but from what we can see of industry numbers, 2025 was behind 2024 about 30-40% in most categories, much more in others. First 2 quarters of 2025 sucked!

Forecast for 2026 from everyone I know in the industry sees it being another 2025 from what I have heard, not great, but not bad.

Chris
