perryton, tx | I’ve thought about doing the same thing on my dryland Milo acres to save the time and hassle of putting down my N with the planter. But then I’m at the mercy of Mother Nature for moisture to move the N into the ground. I kind of shudder at the thought of putting a bunch of high dollar fertilizer on top of the ground even with a stabilizer and then it doesn’t rain for 6 months or more. Obviously not a concern where you are though. | |
